The IRS knows that more than 2 million illegal aliens (using their ITN because they legally cant get a Social Security card) claim on the 1040 a tax refund for children that they do not have, or are living in another country for an annual cost of $4.2 Billion.

So, I guess, Cagy your rants have been right on target.

This video should get (everybody who views it) blood boiling.

AVTC I have a data bank on facts about illegal immigration and its impact on our economy and its citizens. Remember I have been fighting illegal immigration since 2000, thats 12 years. Also are you aware of the ID theft of american children who die and their social security number is used to file income tax for the returns and other benefits. Also they get a copy of the dead child’s birth certificate and use that for an identy. Its why they are able to accumulate houses, tools, cars etc etc and americans are getting poorer.

Mere Tinkering With a Bad Program
Published: May 9, 2012

The Obama administration announced last month plans to repair Secure Communities, the program that compels state and local police to join its wide and expanding hunt for illegal immigrants. From now on, when illegal immigrants are stopped for traffic violations by local police, Immigration and Customs Enforcement will consider detaining and deporting them only after they have been convicted, not before.

In theory, this minor policy shift could reduce the number of people arrested on a pretext and held for deportation. But that’s unlikely. And it doesn’t fix the fundamental flaws in a discredited program.

The administration has faced fierce criticism from law-enforcement officials and immigrant advocates for ensnaring far too many minor offenders and noncriminals as it has rapidly expanded Secure Communities and ramped up deportations to a record pace of 400,000 a year. It contends that most are criminals, though that still includes many minor offenders.

Last June, the leader of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, known as ICE, issued memos directing officials to exercise “prosecutorial discretion” — to refrain from pursuing people who pose no threat to public safety or national security. To clear up clogged immigration courts, the administration announced in November that it would review the backlog of about 300,000 pending deportation cases to see if discretion could apply to low-priority cases there as well. But its promises have not led to any significant change. As of last month, ICE had reviewed nearly 228,000 cases and closed only about 3,000 of them.

That’s the problem with “discretion” and Secure Communities — as long as the government outsources the initial decision on whom to stop and pull over to local police officers, many of them poorly trained and supervised, the danger of harassment continues. Trust is eroded in immigrant communities when people are too fearful to report crimes and cooperate with the police. That flaw is not going to be fixed by tweaking the detention policy.

It’s telling that the policy change on traffic offenses came just two days after the oral argument in the Supreme Court on Arizona’s abusive immigration law. Paul Clement, the attorney arguing for Arizona, aptly pointed out a contradiction in the Obama administration’s challenge to the law: “The federal government doesn’t like this statute, but they are very proud of their Secure Communities program.” The administration is trying to have it both ways, attacking local crackdowns on defenseless immigrants while entangling state and local police in the same cruel mission.

it seems to me that by enforcing the immigration laws makes more sense than the stupid ass war on drugs. The war on drugs is costing us a fortune a sis illegal immigration. Transfer the money being spent on the drug war and fight illegal immigration and then enforce the laws.

There is no question that congress needs to update our immigration laws so that the make more sense and are humane. But these crooks that are here illegally and committing crimes—out with them.

I’m not apposed to a legal guest worker program so that foreign nationals can come into the USA legally and work in specified jobs (usually agricultural and hotels). When the growing season is over, they go back to their country of origin. They would not have to bring their entire families here illegally anymore. They would maintain a home in their own countries. That’s how things were in CA when Reagan was Gov.

•Koreatown Immigrant Workers Alliance

•Clergy & Laity United for Economic Justice
•The National Day Laborer Organizing Network
•Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Justice
•The National Day Laborer Organizing Network
•Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles
•National Domestic Workers Alliance

The people they represent are the bottom of the 99 percent. They work in car washes for tips, clean houses and offices, tend to children as nannies, provide home care for the sick and dying, and toil in nonunion factories.

Occupy has turned the political dialogue toward income inequality

They also exposed the tax loopholes that technology companies, such as Apple reduced their tax bills in 21 states by creating subsidiaries in places with low-tax or no-tax policies; such as China.

So, “Occupy buddies” already work in the fields, Avbb.

If a guess worker plan for immigrants to pick cotton or whatever I’d be good on that. But they do and take employment from americans and I’ll give you an example. At McDonald’s on Ave I and 10 West there a retard working cleaning, picking up trash etc etc employed. Around the corner at the old Taco Bell, another retard had the same kind of job. I would go there and drop food, trash etc make a mess just for job security for those two retards and keep them employed. Well by the late 80’s those two retards weren’t at either place and illegal immigrants had replaced these two down’s syndrome sufferers. I won’t even point out my employment record and the impact of legal and illegal immigrants had on it. You are a complete ass and traitor Marsh. You are one of the dumbest people I have ever had the misfortune to meet.In fact at Ray’s party I was overwhelmed by the huge amount of stupid present at Ray’s intheav.com meet your fellow blogger’s party. Roxi: most of those organizations you posted as supporters of Occupy are just fronts. Kind of like a lot of political action groups. Get 3-4 good buddies and you can organize a group or committee.

Liberals are now starting to rally around the “Cleveland Five.”. The five nuts who tried to blow up the bridge in Ohio on May Day. Amazing, libs supporting nuts who were willing to kill innocent Americans in the name of a truely false cause, the Occupy movement. Who else kills innocent Americans; Al Quaida, and othe terrorist organizations. Proof again how libs accept pure hate into their ranks like Bill Ayers and Van Jones.

Keep trying to make the Occupy movement legit when it is nothing more than groups who hate this country.

Send some facts to that statement, AVbb – or are you just blowing off bs again?

So far, most of the organizations who want to kill Americans with bombs and guns for their cause are the Armed Militias that the Feds are picking up like dead flies of a window sill.

The nuts who built the bomb that never went off near Cleveland were Skinhead militia guys – not OWS. They negotiated with an FBI plant.

Isn’t Karl Rove’s American Crossroads GPS a fake store-front “non-profit” Super Pac — with a barrel of individual Billionaire “non-profits” contributing nearly $100 Million EACH to GPS – tax free?

“…a shadowy sideshow that’s gone largely unnoticed is the set of nonprofits affiliated with them, which often provide money to the cash cows—and they don’t have to publicly disclose their donors (as super PACs must). "

A NeoCon’s dream, for sure.

Mitt Romney, with the help of his Restore Our Future super PAC, could far surpass that number.

The group, which can’t legally coordinate with Romney but can act on his behalf, has so far collected seven individual donations of $1 million each-an amount 32 times what the law allows someone to give a party organization, and 400 times the legal limit to give a candidate.

Obama isn’t innocent either – and is doing the ‘math’. $40,000.00/a plate dinner last night @ George Clooney’s bungalow…

And this country is BROKE? If it was, why does it cost so much to be the top dawg?

You have a gripe about OWS who’s only mission is to establish a living wage for the bottom 99%!

Move Over California, Oregon is Now Goofier than You
May 3, 2012 By Ira Mehlman 18 Comments
If you thought that no one could top California when it comes to pandering to illegal aliens, you are wrong. That honor now belongs to Oregon.

In a letter to May Day demonstrators (you know, those nice folks who dress in black and smash shop windows), Gov. John Kitzhaber announced that Oregon law enforcement officers will soon accept the Mexican Matricula Consular card as proof of identity during traffic stops. In other words, people who don’t have driver’s licenses, or, in just two words, illegal aliens.

Illegal aliens will still not be eligible for Oregon driver’s licenses, but as long as they have their Matricula cards there won’t be any actual penalty for driving without a license. They will be issued citations and released. It is unlikely that the state will be able to collect any fines from them because, unlike people who have driver’s licenses, Oregon has no authority to suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a Matricula card. So, under the new policy, Oregon doesn’t really care if you know what you’re doing while driving on their roads, they just want to know who you are.

Of course, Gov. Kitzhaber has a really good reason for the new policy. “Right now, too many Oregonians are travelling from home to work, or school, or church, in risk of violating the law,” Kitzhaber stated in his letter. Hence, the torch is passed from California to Oregon. The Governor of Oregon is doing his part to make sure that people who are in violation of laws against being in the country illegally, working here illegally, and driving illegally, are in no “risk of violating the law.” Top that one Jerry Brown!

That is why you actually see people in the AV flying Arizona’s state flag rather than Oregon’s flag or California’s once proud flag. That is why Obama is going after Sheriff Joe with BS charges. It is a political game to target Sheriff Joe. After the election, it does not matter anymore if they can’t charge him. Making the headlines now is another ploy to attract Hispanic movers. To bad Governor Brewer and Sheriff Joe are so popular. Then there is Governor Walker in Wisconsin. The libs are targeting conservatives and losing.

Department of Homeland Security officials are shocked to discover that an illegal alien held the position of security supervisor at an airport from which United Flight 93 departed on September 11, 2001 and crashed in a field in Pennsylvania when passengers rose up and attacked their terrorist captors.

In a shocking revelation, a Post Authority of New York and New Jersey police source told the Law Enforcement Examiner that a veteran security supervisor at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey — one of three major airports in the New York City metropolitan area — has been using the identity of a murder victim for about 20 years.

The police source stated that the illegal alien — whose real name is believed to be Bimbo Olumuyiwa Oyewole — was arrested Monday in his home in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The 54-year old Nigerian had assumed the identity of American citizen Jerry Thomas, who was a murder victim in 1992 in an unsolved homicide in New York City.

Of all of the many ways in which Latino immigrants have diversified and thus enriched the mosaic known as American culture; respecting language, music, athletics, cuisine and other such things, I must say that the influx of restaurants which serve authentic Mexican, Guatemalan, Honduran, and El Salvadoran foods are dearest to my heart. Although for dietary reasons, I now consume precious little of it, authentic and delectable Latino foods are not-so slowly replacing the “‘gringoized’ Latino foods” that have long been passed off as authentic Latino cuisine. Throughout southern California, traditional and so-called Mexican fast food chains and even the likes of El Torito are quickly and responsively adding Jalisco-style tacos and the like to their otherwise bastardized selections.
But, for me, it is the proverbial “hole in the wall” Latino restaurants that offer the best of authoritative Latino cookery. In fact, to me, the grittier they are … the better they are. Yes, give me a small, family operated, Mexican restaurant in a largely Latino neighborhood complete with no county health department license and where little to no amount of English is spoken, and I am suddenly transported to a tasty heterogeneity heaven.
Bon appetit! :-)

My reference to restaurants that serve authentic Latino foods without being licensed to do so by a county health department was, of course, tongue-in-cheek. Although such a license in not a guarantee that one will not contract food poisoning, I do not know of any restaurant that operates without a county-health-department-issued license.

Yes, Martel, though its name has escaped me, the Mexican restaurant within the 2600 block of east Palmdale Blvd. (adjacent to Naughty By Night) is my favorite spot for tacos. In fact, my wife and I are planning to commission its owners to cater the two large parties that we will be hosting this summer.

I would agree with you on that.
