Lancaster newest lawsuit, who is it now?
Probably Palmdale again, as if they needed another 1, pure speculation on my part though.

2 bad I’m gone for the summer and not in the AV, I’m missing out on all the fun, I’m enjoying my volunteer work at camp, in the san bernardino mountains. Hope everyone has a happy and safe fourth of July, I know I won’t hear fireworks in the forest, as the US forestry has them banned.

I think I know who Lancaster is suing, its pure speculation but it dawned on me this morning, they have been off the radar for awhile now, former AVTA general manager Randy Floyd, and the two others who were let go, it makes sense cause no criminal action has taken place, and this would be right up their alley, so far as Lancaster’s stragedy.

I doubt if Rex would sue Randy Floyd et al.Allegedly the investigation is still on-going. Plus, Floyd, et al, quit. They might have a case against the AVTA and Rex. But, I doubt Rex is suing them.I’m guessing they’re suing Palmdale.
