It’s going to cost a little over 400,000 but I think it will be worth it in the long run.

I wonder what it would cost to pay a lawyer to look into the actions of changing his contract to be financially ridiculous when that board was suppose to protect the interests of the residents?
I think we may have a conflict of interest, backroom dealing, etc. case that may break that last minute contract. Isn’t it time we start examining things and not just ACCEPTING THE BACKROOM WHEELING AND DEALING.
Just asking…….. Not claiming……

The new board didn’t like the new deal that the last board did on their last meeting before the the new board was sworn in.
I just hope that this new board will look at the contract and remember that the rate payers are the ones that is paying for it.

It seems like now the board needs to start a formal investigation into any criminal activity. That looks like the only way they are going to undo this taxpayer giveaway. Invalidate the contract!

He knew it was coming. For the previous board to say that they were paying for water with developer fees and then paying this guy over $200,000. p/y was incredibly unbalanced. I wonder if they would run their own businesses that way?
